The Shatford Trust Fund Advisory Committee will be hosting the annual information sessions for 1st-time applicants. We will be presenting from the steps of the Aspotogan Heritage Trust building in Hubbards, located at 10 Pte. Richard Green Lane.

Meetings will be arranged as follows:
–> 7:00 pm Dalhousie University Students
–> 7:30 pm All other Students

Annually the Trust Advisory Committee meets with first time applicants for an information session to assist with any questions with respect to the application process. As well, it is important that the Trust Advisory Committee gets to know applicants in case there are problems that need to be discussed during the year.

As we are a volunteer committee we would appreciate receiving applications in a complete package. We make a July 15th deadline for early applications (first mailing) to allow High School graduates ample time to receive their final High School transcript as it is a requirement for funding consideration.
