Hooked Rug Museum of North America
The Hooked Rug Museum of North America collects, exhibits and preserves the heritage of hand-hooked rugs and artifacts used in the making of fibre art. It researches the history of this art, presents it in an accurate manner and also encourages future development of the art. The Museum has over 8500 sq ft showcasing historic and contemporary rug hooking art and artifacts. The Fibre Art Market has hundreds of hooked rugs, fibre art and other hand-crafted items for sale. Hubbards Barn & Community Park (HBA)
The Hubbards Barn & Community Park is a public community park. The washrooms are open daily during market season. It is the home of our Hubbards Farmers’ Market, every Saturday morning, 8-12 noon, from Mothers’ Day weekend to the last weekend in October.
The Barn and its property are also available for weddings, art shows, auctions, barn dances, fitness classes, family reunions, craft workshops and much more.

Your hosts, Clyde and Barb Harnish welcome you to Hubbards beach, Campground and Cottages. The campground was started in 1958 by Clyde’s father Roy. Many changes and improvements have taken place over the years. The campground now boasts 127 full-service sites, canteen, modern laundromat, horseshoe pits, pay phones, video arcade, lobster suppers and of course beautiful Hubbards Beach. Our cottages actually pre-date the campground, the first being built by the beach in 1927.
