A FREE Street Party for All! This afternoon festival-style street party has something for everyone!

Join them for a parade from the Chester Legion, down
Queen St. to the rebuilt Playhouse, where they will hold an official ribbon cutting ceremony on the new building. Following that, we celebrate! Bring a lawn chair,
and enjoy outdoor performances by a stellar lineup of incredible musicians, including Chester favourites Dark & Stormy, Nova Scotia Roots Reggae vocalist Jah’Mila,
Celtic duo Cassie & Maggie, and some special surprises. In the breaks, wander local stores for special offers, or browse booths featuring local artisans.
Grab a bite at nearby restaurants and enjoy the town! Most exciting: sign up for a tour of the new theatre building, led by our welcoming committee, and discover your new home for fun, inspiring live events!
