Bayswater Beach. Join the Chester Rec Summer Staff for a day of unforgettable fun in the sun at the annual summer sizzler! This event is sure to make a splash. There will be a sand castle competition, and many other awesome activities! This event is free and open to all ages (children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult).
